"Lower Vestry is a ground-floor apartment hosting a kitchen and a living/dining room with open fire. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and a Smart TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom. To the outside is an enclosed garden with furniture. Within 2.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and a beach and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. There is roadside parking available, on a first come, first serve basis with additional free village car parking 250 yards away Please be mindful that there may be guests staying above, in Upper Vestry. Choose Lower Vestry for a wonderful break to this part of Wales."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
