"Pant has four bedrooms; two king-size, one twin, one ground-floor twin. ThereÔÇÖs a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and kettle, a dining area with electric fire and sitting area with a Smart TV and selection of books. Oil central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot is available. Outside thereÔÇÖs off-road parking for two cars, and additional roadside parking, a non-enclosed front garden with lawn and non-enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.6 miles, pub in 1.3 miles, beach in 1.2 miles. If youÔÇÖre seeking a peaceful Welsh retreat, Pant is the perfect base. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
