"Cove Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, electric and inductions hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and dining seating for four people, a utility with washing machine and freezer, a dining room with dining seating for six people, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, logs for woodburning stove, and bed linen inc. in rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. 2 x EV charging points (please check with owners for current tariff). Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Cove Cottage offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Heated indoor swimming pool on-site May-September - available outside of these months at an additional cost. Note: Please put personal throws on beds if dogs sleep on them. Note: Please do not leave dogs shut in for long periods of time. Note: Towels not included, please bring your own bath and pool/beach towels. Note: Christmas and New Year 2025 arrivals are on Saturday 20th December and 27th December."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
