Its magnificent beach is just 600 meters away and very close from all services. This house is ideal to spend a pleasant holidays in Costa Brava. Check in: · The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted. . Key collection takes place in our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Carrer de Les Antilles 13 17310 Lloret de Mar -Arrival and departure out of schedule:Late arrival option from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival) Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival) · Option outside check-in hours collecting the keys from a safety box in the office with no cost. ·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made. ·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights. Cleaning: . The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit. Beach towels are not provided. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician. Reglas: · Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. · Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. · Pets allowed under 15 kilos: it has an extra cost of 6€/pet/day.
