Cleaning: . The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit. Beach towels are not provided. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician. Reglas: · Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. · Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. · Pets Allowed up to 10 kilos: it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet.
