Details of the Villa

The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, six sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends. There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco. This terrace gives access to a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob. The sitting-dining room with A/C and television (only German and Spanish channels) is very comfortable so you will feel like home. The laundry offers a washer, an iron and an ironing board. This floor has one bedroom with a bunk bed, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, all with a wardrobe, as well as one bathroom with bath tub. We gladly supply a cot and a high chair for our youngest guests. There is a fan. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds, A/C, and en-suite shower bathroom. Furthermore, this bedroom has access to a non-furnished terrace. There are five electric radiators for the winter. The genuine village of Llubí is located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. A car is necessary as there is no bus service. All northern, family-friendly beaches are characterized by fine grained sand, crystal clear waters and a moderate swell. Northwards are the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicente and Playa de Formentor, at the same time close to the mountains. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine. In the city of Inca you'll find big supermarkets, more restaurants and shops. Inca is famous for its leather production and the Thursday-Market, which already takes place since centuries. Try typical Majorcan food in a celler, authentic restaurants. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Our guests have access to the first and the second floor, as the ground floor is closed and inhabited. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
