You will be able to cool down and relax at the fantastic shared chlorine pool which sizes 7 x 3 meters and has a depth that goes from 1.2 to 2 meters. Enjoy the sun on one of the sunbeds or at the chill out area bed. You can also have a vermouth or a snack at the shared porch. You can also enjoy the shared solarium where you can sunbathe or stare at the summer nights starred sky. You can also prepare delicious meats and vegetables with the shared barbecue. The building is within the town, with direct neighbours and total privacy. The 70 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. It counts with a dining kitchen with a ceramic hob, equipped for the summer holidays and the dining table can accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, you will find a lovely living room where you can rest and watch the TV Sat, or read one of the books available at the accommodation while refreshing with the air conditioned. The sofa in the living area can be prepared as a bed for two additional guests, so there's space for four guests in total. The only bedroom has a double bed with a closet and countryside views. The apartment has two bathrooms, each one with a shower. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. The laundry has a shared washing machine, iron and ironing board. Llubí is a little village at the centre of the island, ideal to explore Majorca. There are many routes and paths to go on foot or by bycicleand it's only 20 minutes away by car from the nearest beach, Can Picafort. You will find supermarkets, vegetable shops, restaurants and cafes in Llubí, so that you can have an independent stay.. Palma, the capital of the island, is only 35 minutes away by car.
