Our dream Llar de Son Ramis, is a natural stone house rebuilt more than 100 years ago, it was renovated in 2013 and equipped with a private HEATED pool. The house tastefully restored and designed reusing the material of the old Mediterranean buildings, leaving a genuine, comfortable and modern accommodation, a place to feel good and relax. (The use of the natural pool -cold water- is free, the \* option \* heated for the months of November to April for € 220 for a minimum stay of 7 days) The house is located on a quiet street, where you can park your car directly in front of the door. The outdoor area is designed in an elongated shape and offers plenty of space and a modern factor, a heated pool with hydromassage (2mx 8.5m), cozy loungers and chill-out furniture. A beautiful little oasis of well-being with calm and charm. Between the house and the pool terrace there is another small terrace with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the warm evenings with the barbecue or a romantic dinner. Beautiful pool lighting and accent lights cast a particularly romantic light. There is also a shower and a toilet. The interior area of ??146m² is no less welcoming, quite the opposite. Here, the natural stone walls, modern furniture and absolutely elegant decoration have created a very special living environment. The elegant living room has a large fireplace for the colder seasons, air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and “floating” satellite TV. The open kitchen is directly opposite and is fully equipped and modern. The dining room is decorated with a large glass table and transparent chairs and offers a beautiful and fun atmosphere. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, 1 with 1 single bed) All rooms are decorated in a different design with very good taste. O. Air conditioning have all. Two showers are also available, so no long wait is required. For the smallest of the house, cots and high chairs are provided. Free Wi-Fi Internet can be used throughout the house. Our townhouse delivers what it promises, a romantic-cozy place furnished with comfort and many beautiful details, a home to fall in love with. Llubí is a municipality that belongs to the Es Pla region and is located near the center of Mallorca, 40 kilometers from Palma. The urban nucleus is located between two areas of the town, the Llevant area and the Son Ramis area, the latter dating from the 17th century. Llubí borders the municipalities of Maria de la Salud, Sineu, Inca, Sa Pobla, Muro and Santa Margalida. Llubí comes from the Romans, formerly it was Castro-lupino, which led to Castell Llubí until today with the name of Llubí. It is speculated that the name "Castro" or "Castillo" originates from the Talayotic town that is fortified with a cyclopean wall. The history of the municipality begins in the pre-Talayotic and Talayotic times, there are more than 30 sites from these periods. The most famous and best preserved are the talayots dels Racons, from 200 BC. The Roman era was an important period in these lands, the Romans settled in the same area where the Talayots are found. There is evidence of remains of coins and inscriptions that demonstrate the Roman occupation. Such collection is destined to the preservation and care of the islands and to improve everything related to tourism. The quota of this tax in "high season" is € 2.20 per night, per adult (Young people from 16 years old are counted as adults, therefore they pay ecotax.) In "low season" the ecotax has a significant reduction: they are € 0.55 per night per adult. In case of stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will be applied on the following days of stay. -High season (May 1-October 31) € 2.20, from the 9th night: € 1.10 x adult x night. -Low season (November 1-April 30) € 0.55, from the 9th night: € 0.28 x adult x night.
