Details of the Villa

The beautiful outside area counts with a 9mx4m chlorine pool (depth 0,4-2,2m), a fully equipped terrace with a dining table and a barbeque, as well as a porch with a sofa and two armchairs. The 170m2 chalet is ground floor only. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hydromassage bath tub, another bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two individual beds. All bedrooms count with air conditioning. On request, there is a baby bed and a high chair available. There is a second bathroom, with hydromassage bath tub, for general use. The cosy living room counts with two sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fire place. In the dining room you will find a large table with enough chairs for everybody. The independent kitchen works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a great family dinner. There is a washing machine available, as well as an iron and ironing board. Badia Gran is an urbanisation of Llucmajor. It is a quiet area, but very well connected. Nearby, you will find everything you need during your stay. At only 3,8km, there is a golf course (Golf Maioris) and at 10km the beach of s'Arenal. The city of Palma is not too far away. This city is great for shopping, for cultural visits or for a night out. The cathedral, with its' magnificent sea view, the long, sea side boulevard of the Paseo Marítimo, the museums and art galleries, the Bellver castle, etc. Also, you will find lots of restaurants and bars. Just before arriving to Palma, you might want to visit the aquatic parc Aqualand or the inmense Palma Aquarium, featuring more than 8000 animals of 700 different species. Pets are not permitted.
