We do not accept young groups under 25 years old. The house is nice, is fully-equiped, and is 190 m². It has views of the sea and the garden. The property is located 200 m from the bus station, 500 m from the supermarket, 500 m from the city, 600 m from the rock beach, 2 km from the golf course, 5 km from the sand beach, 19 km from the airport. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a suburb. The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), balcony, central heating, air conditioning in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, open-air parking in the same building, 1 TV, satellite (Languages: English, German), DVD. In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee machine are provided. \- - - - - IMPORTANT NOTES - - - - - All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,00€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
