"The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Smart TV, DVD player, iPod dock, a selection of games, and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite, and a family room with Smart TV, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is a patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcomed (livestock nearby) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. Laird House offers a delightful base for a Dumfries and Galloway escape. Note: Owners live on site next door. Note: Wheelchair friendly with ramps and larger shower room. Note: Riding arena and stables on site, please contact the owner for details. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
