"This former coach house accommodation rests over the first floor and has one super-king-size zip/link bedroom along with a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with a Juliet balcony and a sofa bed. Outside there is ample parking available, a private patio with a barbecue, seating and lounger area, as well as additional lawned gardens with seating areas and beach shacks with woodburning stoves. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and Superfast WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, and you can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.1 mile. With sea views and plenty of home comforts, choose Upalong as your base."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
