"The living areas consist of a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Netflix and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, and a bunk room, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed, rear multi-level garden with decking and furniture, and designated parking for one car in a private car park a short journey away. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and a highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available. Alexandra Cottage is a wonderful base for a Cornish escape. Note: There are steep steps in the rear garden. Note: There are steps throughout the property. Note: There is limited headroom whilst entering the home. Note: The staircase does not have spindles and the stairs are quite steep, unsuitable for those with limited mobility; please supervise children at all times whilst climbing the stairs."
