"The living areas of this property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, a dining area for four and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a communal picnic area and seasonal swimming pool with off-road allocated parking for one car. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop and pub and within 2.2 miles, a beach, and please note that smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels are all included in rent.
