This penthouse apartment enjoys a lovely sunny balcony and wonderful panoramic views of the sea, harbour & even mount Teide. It is a 15min stroll to the beach and a 3min walk to supermarket. The apartment is very well equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and washing machine. Excellent WiFi & TV with 150 channels including all the normal UK ones. It has an En-suite to master bedroom which boasts an emperor size bed & there is also a family bathroom. The popular Port Royale complex has a lovely Pool & is Heated in winter with free sun beds. Also on site is an Italian Restaurant. It is a 5 min walk to more bars, resturants and Centro Comercial Passarela Oasis shopping centre which has shops, bars & occasional entertainment. Also from here you can get the free bus to Siam water park (one of the best in the world) and Siam shopping mall . Port Royale is located adjacent to two large 4* hotels which provide excellent evening entertainment programmes and full sport facilities (including bowling, tennis, sauna etc). It is a 15min walk to the main bus station where you can get buses to anywhere on the island (they are reliable and on time) You are able to hire and take lessons in sailing paddle boarding canoeing down at the beach which is not expensive. Being a penthouse we suggest that it is not suitable for children aged less than 8 years of age. Please note there are 2 x flights of steps to the apartment.
