"28C Clifton Road consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) with Juliet Balcony and en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room and a double with ensuite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 28C Clifton Road is a wonderful base for your next Scottish adventure. Note: No child facilities."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
