"15 The Moors is a house consisting of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a foldable dining table seating two. The bedroom is king-size, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear tiered garden with a small summer house on the top tier, furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles. All of this awaits you at 15 The Moors. Note: Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. Note: The private garden is accessed through a stable door on the first-floor landing. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
