"There are three bedrooms: one king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and two twins. Bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin, and a WC. Living area with an open layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Central heating powered by electricity. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine which are all electric. For entertainment there is a DVD player and TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Three cars can be parked off-road. There is decking with furniture. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. 0.5 mile to a shop and a pub. Please be aware that there are steps leading up to the decking; please use caution. Please keep in mind that the decking is not enclosed; please keep this in mind when booking. There are several on-site amenities, including a luxury spa, a shop, a bar/restaurant, and a golf course (all at extra charge). Please keep in mind that there is no WiFi at this property. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
