Details of the Cottage
"Middle Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, a sitting room with Smart TV and a study area. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, serviced by a ground-floor wet room. Outside, there is a shared rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking available, plus additional parking in nearby public car parks. We welcome well behaved pets, but sorry, no smoking or vaping. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles, river 0.2 miles. Enjoy a quaint escape to Lincolnshire with a stay at Middle Cottage. Note: No open flames. Note: No loud music, parties, or additional guests. Note: The fireplace in the sitting room is for decoration only. Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer located in external building. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
