"There are two bedrooms: one king-size and one twin. Bathroom on the ground floor with bath, shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen. A dining room and a sitting room. Central heating with natural gas. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher are all electric. There is also WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. On-street parking is available. A small fenced-in back garden with a patio and seating. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The beach is 0.2 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. Please keep in mind that the internal steps are quite steep. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
