"The Tiny House has one mezzanine double bedroom, a bathroom with a freestanding bath and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Amenities include an electric oven and two-ring hob, microwave and WiFi. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a gravelled garden with furniture and access to a secret garden. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is pet-free, smoke-free home. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. Note: This property has steep narrow steps up to bedroom and the bedroom has very low ceilings. Note: This property is adult-only. Note: Due to the coastal location of the property, the mobile signal is weak. Note: Check-in from 2pm and check-out by 11am. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150GBP. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
