"Stretton Hills Peaks - The Georgian House, a second-floor apartment consists of a open-plan living space with kitchen with Electric Aga with oven, grill and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, hot water tap, a dining area with a large dining table and sitting area with a Smart TV and electric fire. One super-king-size bed with slipper bath and shower-over serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is private parking for 1 car. Guests receive a welcome food and drink package, walking tour tickets and breakfast vouchers. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.2 miles a river. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stretton Hills Peaks - The Georgian House, is a stunning base for a romantic weekend exploring Ludlow. Note: The staircase is original and may be steep for guests with limited mobility."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
