"Seashore consists of one ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite shower with walk-in rainforest shower, basin and WC, a second-floor kitchen/diner with an electric oven, grill and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer and dining seating and a first-floor sitting room with a Smart TV. Outside, there is a courtyard area with patio furniture and one parking permit supplied for Woodmead Halls car park (parking subject to availability), 5-10 minute walk away. Sorry, no pet and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 mile. No children at this property. Enjoy a lovely stay at Seashore. Note: There is an internal staircase leading to the second floor with a handrail on one side, so please bear this in mind when booking."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
