"This second-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for four and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin bedroom, serviced by a bathroom. Parking can be found at the nearby car park. Highchair and travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no pets and no smoking. With 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Rooby's Retreat is a delightful abode for a coastal escape to Dorset. Please note: There are certain areas with lower ceiling heights.-áWhen you arrive, there will be a welcome package waiting for you that includes milk, tea, and a variety of goods made locally. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
