"The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, two-ring electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, toaster, and TV. The bedroom consists of a double bunk, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front decked area with furniture and a parasol, and off-road parking a short walk away. One small/medium well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.2 miles, and the beach in 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Dorset with Sea Spray as your well-positioned abode. Note: There are steps up to the exterior of the property. Note: Guests can park outside the property to unload. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
