"Eden House consists of a kitchen/ diner with a electric oven, convection hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, seating for four people, a sitting room with a TV and a woodburning stove, and a games room with games. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a king-size. The bathroom consists of a bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC, the shower room consists of shower, basin, heated towel rail, WC, washer and dryer. Outside there is a patio with furniture and roadside parking. You will find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles, and a beach within 1 mile. Please note that this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Eden House is a welcoming base to explore Exmoor National Park. Notes: There are steps to access this property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
