"The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table and TV, and a first-floor sitting room with a TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite, a further double with en-suite, and a ground-floor twin, along with a bathroom. Ample parking available. Sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.6 miles, and a pub and the beach in 0.4 miles. Sea La Vie is centrally located to explore the Lancashire coastline. Note: One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: As per the booking conditions, your pet must not be left unattended at any time. Note: There is CCTV at the property overlooking the entrances for security reasons only. Please note due to the set up of the downstairs bathroom, the bath can only be filled using the shower attachment. Note: The property has some surfaces which may not be suitable for zimmer frames, mobility scooters or similar. Please note this property only accepts week long bookings with check ins on Saturdays"
