Situated between the ocean and the Arcachon Bay, and within walking distance of both, this five bedroom holiday home benefits from a superb location. It is located in a quiet residential area, close to the village shops, cafes and restaurants. The property is beautifully light and airy and well-equipped for a relaxing holiday. It boasts a private swimming pool and pretty lawned gardens. Two of the five bedrooms benefit from en-suite shower rooms, however please note that access to bedroom 5 is via bedroom 4. The beautiful Atlantic Coast provides wonderful surfing opportunities and is home to miles of magnificent sandy beaches. Younger children may prefer the quieter waves of the Arcachon Bay. Behind the house the pine forest offers a huge network of cycling paths and there are facilities for fishing, sailing, tennis and bike riding available. The house is well located for guests wishing to visit the famous Dune de Pyla (the highest sand dune in Europe), whilst the Médoc Region is also well worth a visit for its famous Bordeaux wines and vineyards.Please note, the log burner in the lounge is purely decorative.
