On the quiet outskirts of San Feliciano lies this nice holiday home, only 300 meters from the lake. It is the outbuilding of a private house; on the large common property there is a private garden area with seating faclities, deck chairs, barbecue and pizza oven; Kids games and a field for volleyball, badminton and boccia. The friendly owners also keep all sorts of house and farm animals such as chickens, pigeons, ducks and even two donkeys, a special fun for the little ones. Enjoy swimming in the lake, rowing or surfing on it or biking around it - from anywhere you can enjoy the picturesque rolling hills that surround it. In the nearby San Feliciano you can stroll along the shore or take the ferry to the small romantic islands. Everywhere along the lake there are smaller or larger bays, often with a sandy beach, especially child-friendly. The two larger towns of the lake Castiglione del Lago and Passignano with various restaurants, bars and shops are ideal for strolling. A good fish restaurant can be reached on foot, just 200 meters away. Still within easy reach, less than an hour's drive away, are the Umbrian and Tuscan towns of Perugia (20 km), Cortona (30 km), Arezzo (60 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (40 km) and many more !
