Located only 6 kilometers from the airport of Malaga, 3 kilometers from the beaches of Torremolinos, 4 kilometers from the shopping centre Plaza Mayor (with a cinema that plays films in original language), and 2 kilometers from the train station La Colina that is on the train line that offers a good connection between Málaga, the airport and the coastal towns Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola. The swimming pool is private and accompanied by sun beds and umbrellas. On the exterior of the house there are many comfortable and shady places to sit, surrounded by flowers and plants. There is also a basketball ring for the children and a barbecue area. The house has five bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a double bed, air conditioning, a big built-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
