Excellent location for those who love to be close to the beach and/or don't want to get around with a vehicle. October through April the swimming pool is climatized to a temperature of 30 degrees. Located at less than 1 km from the beach, only 4 km from the airport of Málaga and well connected by public transport to the centre of Málaga and the other vibrating coastal towns such as Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola. Also located only 1.5km from the observatories of the Guadalhorce park and less than 1km from the nearest supermarket. Also an excellent golf course at only 3km from the villa! Finally the commercial centre of Plaza Mayor can easily be reached by bus where you can find all kinds of shops and services you may need, many bars and restaurants, entertainment, events and a cinema. This beautiful villa has five bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor, has a double bed, and does not have air conditioning. Bedroom 2 is on the second floor. It is a very spacious bedroom with air conditioning and a television. Bedroom 3 is on the second floor, with air conditioning and two individual beds. Bedroom 4 is on the second floor, with air conditioning and two individual beds. Bedroom 5 is on the third floor, with air conditioning and a double bed (and on that floor is also a bathroom with a toilet and a small bath tub). There is also air conditioning in the salon downstairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have access to a beautiful terrace on the first floor where you have amazing views of the garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and even a dishwasher! In the air conditioned living room are large sofas to relax and a flatscreen TV (a chimney for the cold winter days), and direct access to the garden. In the well maintained garden you find the swimming pool with jacuzzi and countercurrent, accompanied by sun beds, a large terrace with comfortable furniture and a barbecue area.
