"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a super-king-size and a king-size, along with a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. Within 2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
