"The Annex is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining seating for three people, and TV with DVD player, along with a sitting room with woodburning stove, TV, and DVD player. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, patio, decking, barbecue, furniture, and pond, along with ample designated, off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 4 miles, pub in 4.1 miles, and river in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. The Annex is a pleasant base for a rural retreat in Wrexham. Note: Free range eggs available on request. Note: Pond on property ÔÇô please keep children supervised. Note: Owner will do service-wash on request. Note: Annex attached to owners property."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
