"This semi-detached cottage has a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and coffee machine, and a living/dining room with a table for two, Smart TV, and a double sofa bed. There is one king-size bedroom and a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with hot tub, patio and furniture. Parking is at the Water Lane long stay car park and a pass is provided for you to display. Within 0.1 miles, there is a shop and pub. One well-behaved pet is welcome; -ú20.00 per holiday. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 6 Church Hill is a romantic base for two to explore North Yorkshire. Note: This property has external CCTV. Note: The hot tub must only be used between 10am and 10pm. Note: The stairs in the property are quite steep so may not be suitable for those with limited mobility Note: failure to leave the parking pass will result in a -ú20 fine.
