"This reverse level accommodation has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, plus a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two children, a Smart TV and dining area. The bedrooms include a double and a king-size, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a garden patio and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. This property will not accept pets or smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Upside Down House is a charming escape for four. Note: Guests must walk through the king-size bedroom to access the shower room. Note: To access the property, guests must use the external staircase. Note: The sofa bed is only suitable for children"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
