This impressive house was part of an ancient possession and it is located in the middle of a pine forest, but at the same time less than two kilometers from the sandy beach. A romantic arch with roses guides you to the pool area and the main entrance of the house. Without any doubt, the pool is our guests favorite place. It is surrounded by a garden and pines that give pleasant shade, a terrace, eight sun loungers and an outside shower, the perfect equipment to spend a summer days in the Mediterranean style. The chlorine pool has a size of 10x m 4m and a depth that descends from 0.8m to 1.8m. A fixed barbecue allows you to prepare your favorite dishes outdoors. Two porches, one with access to the living room and another to the kitchen, are ideal places for a family meal. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors throughout the area. The property has the access road shared with another house. With a lively and Mediterranean decoration, the living room is a comfortable corner for listening to music, watching a movie on satellite television or a DVD. An arc connects the living room with the kitchen-dining room, equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a ceramic stove top and dishwasher. Four bedrooms, all with double bed, wardrobe and garden views allow to rest in a relaxing environment. Three bathrooms, two with shower and one with bathub give service to the house. A cot, a highchair, four fans, as well as a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board complete the equipment. In winter you will not be cold thanks to the underfloor heating. Just 5 minutes from the sandy beach of Cala Antena, this house connects a natural environment with the proximity to the coast. Cales de Mallorca consists of three beaches: Cala Antena, Cala Domingos, Cala Murada and in the surroundings there are a great variety of beaches like Cala Marsal, Cala Sa Nau and Cala D'Or. The fishing village of Portocolom with its colorful houses on the shore is about 8 km; You can take a romantic walk through the streets or enjoy a good fish or seafood diner. Vall d'Or Golf Course is 8 km away. You can find supermarkets, restaurants and all services in Cales de Mallorca, Felanitx or Manacor. For additional expenses please contact the advertiser. We do not accept pets. Holding events is not allowed. There are 3 outdoor parking spaces. From June to September the changeover day is on Saturday. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
