Beautiful finca located in the northeast of the island of Mallorca, on the outskirts of Manacor; just 7 kilometers away from the city center. As you can see in the surroundings the land is delicately populated with almond, carob, orange and lemon trees and a varied vegetation that makes it a place where peace and tranquility can be breathed. The villa, being on a small hill, allows to enjoy the views of the mountain from the terrace and the infinity pool. This fantastic fully renovated villa is composed of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor features the common areas such as the living room, dining room, recreation area (billiards and table football) and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a cozy living room and five double bedrooms, all of them featuring en-suite bathrooms. The house is fully equipped with powerful air conditioning machines throughout all the house. Outside there is a huge infinity pool with a jacuzzi that offers spectacular views of the mountain. Around the house you will find well-tended gardens and large spaces for playing, strolling and sunbathing. Also, the villa is equipped with a barbecue and a ping pong table, completing everything you would need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh. Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
