Outside the property, the refreshing saltwater pool stands out, measuring 8 x 4 meters and having a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 meters. It is also fenced, for the safety of the little ones. Several porches and terraces invite you to enjoy the good Mediterranean weather. With the barbecue you can taste delicious grilled meat and vegetables. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. Inside, the 2-story house has a traditional and cosy style. The large dining room is equipped with sat TV, AC, comfy sofas and armchairs and a large table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and oven. The ground floor is completed with a bathroom with a bathtub where you will also find the washing machine. In another separate room you will find the iron, the ironing board and space for the suitcases. The 3 bedrooms with AC are on the top floor. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other 2 have twin beds. We can also provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby. The property is located near Cala Anguila, Cala Magrana and Cala Mandía, three small beaches with golden sand and beautiful turquoise waters. In Porto Cristo you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Another attraction in the area are the Drac caves, under which one of the largest underground lakes in the world is hidden. Consult the advertiser for possible additional costs. We do not accept pets. The holding of events is not allowed. There is outdoor parking for 4 cars. The chimney on the roof is decorative.
