Details of the Villa

The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grassy area where the little ones in the house can play. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours. The single-storey house offers a cozy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, a satellite TV, a fireplace and a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms, all with AC and 2 twin beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. You'll find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in Portocristo, where you can also visit the ancient Cave del Drach. For possible additional costs consult the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car. The air conditioning/heating pump works with coins.
