Details of the Apartment

The apartment is situated in a private and beautiful complex that is within a short walking distance from the port and seafront, very near to Duquesa Golf and Country Club. Duquesa Regent has security gates, private undercover parking and the beautiful gardens are complete with a well maintained pool, Paddle Tennis Court and also a communal terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one twin room, both rooms are en-suite. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a large 'L' shaped terrace perfect for outdoor dining. The lounge area is very spacious, and features large sofas, one of which can be turned into a very comfortable double sofa bed. The dining area has a table and seats up to 6 people. There is also a flat screen TV with satellite access, DVD player, and CD player for your use. Linen and Towels are Provided and WiFi is available. The Region Duquesa is a marina situated half way between Marbella and Gibraltar. Set in a beautiful location on the Costa del Sol, this marina is really one of the best in Europe. Although under an hour away from the airports of Malaga and Gibraltar, La Duquesa seems like a thousand miles away from the throng of the holiday resorts. Nestled between two clean blue flag beaches complete with beach bars. The area retains a vast amount of unspoiled natural scenery and authentic local character - while sharing the fantastic climate of the Costa del Sol, an ideal balance of relaxed living with easy access to every imaginable amenity. The beautiful port of La Duquesa caters for boating enthusiasts, offering Jet Boats, Wake Boarding, Boat trips and Scuba Diving. The attractive promenades surrounding the port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes in which to while away the days. On both sides of the Duquesa Marina are expansive beaches. Playa de las Gaviotas and Playa del Castillo to the west with Chiringuito Las Gaviotas open in the summer. All in all Duquesa is the place to unwind and have fun. Gibraltar is a 20 minute drive away where you can shop for duty free and visit the Barbary Monkeys. There are local markets along the Costa Del Sol and the large indoor shopping mall, Parc du Canarda is about a 20 minute drive. Local transport is available and reliable throughout the region although car hire is simple to obtain and the preferred choice for most visitors.
