"The kitchen in this property is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, the external utility has a washing machine, and the living/dining room has seating for two, a TV and a woodburning stove. There is a king-size bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and restricted parking available for 30 minutes for unloading with additional parking available in nearby car parks. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 0.1 mile. This property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, however, smoking is not permitted. Treat your significant other to a romantic retreat for two at Penhale Cottage. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
