A very spacious townhouse which covers three floors and is situated in a small complex next to Cabopino Golf course. The property offers free WI-FI and is within walking distance of restaurants, bars a couple of local shops.To the front of the house are a garage and a terrace area leading up to the door. You enter in to a large hall with a toilet on your right and a fully-equipped kitchen and utility room to your left, the kitchen has a hatch to serve the dining area. The lounge/dining area is to the rear of the property and is furnished with a large dining table and a wall mounted television with channels in various languages and an open fireplace. The lounge opens on to a covered and enclosed terrace furnished with a large sofa, a great space for those cooler evenings.
