The apartment is in a gated area and shares a big pool with the community. There’s a big garden surrounding the pool, which makes it a really relaxing and beautiful place to be. There’s a 15m2 terrace where u can enjoy the weather if that’s what u wish. As you enter the apartment, there’s an open modern kitchen connected to the cosy living room where you also have access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two rooms with two single beds and one master bedroom, which has a bit more privacy and its own bathroom. The whole apartment is newly renovated and refurbished in a modern style, which fits the apartment really well. Close to the apartment, you have a great beach where there are plenty of activities, such as jet skis and paddle surfing, good restaurants and beach clubs. San Pedro city is a 10 min. walk from the apartment; San Pedro is a lovely city with great history, and plenty of restaurants, shops, and beautiful buildings. 5 min. drive from the apartment you have Marbella city and Puerto Banus. In Marbella City, you can enjoy 15 km long promenade that goes all the way to San Pedro and lots of beachside restaurants. The old town of Marbella is also a great place to visit, full of history and charm. Puerto Banus is an exclusive marina full of a great variety of restaurants, bars, and exclusive designer shopping.
