This nice 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beach side apartment is only 50 meters from the beach. The beach in this area is one of the best in the Marbella region. A perfect location for a relaxing holiday....nearly on the beach. The area offers good restaurants in walking distance. This nice 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom beach side apartment sleeps 5 persons and is located in a suburb of Marbella only, 50 meters from the beach The urbanization is very lush, green and well maintained. The atmosphere is jungle-ish with small paths, tiny fountains and beautiful trees and flowers. In the very centre of the urbanization there are 2 pool areas for all ages and it presents itself beautifully. From the community area you have direct access to the beach area by crossing a communal road and from there it is a minute walk to the nice sandy beach. On the beach there is a variety of fun factor aquatic activities as water scootering, paddling, etc. The apartment blocks are in 2 floors. This apartment is located on the first floor with terrace towards south-east direction. There is a communal playground for small children. From the street level you use the staircase to enter the property. Entering the apartment you find a large bedroom with double bed and single bed towards west with a build in wardrobe. A second functional bedroom with double bed and build in wardrobe is located towards south-east. Last mentioned bedroom had direct access to the sunny terrace of 20m2. From this terrace you have a peak to the Mediterranean. The terrace has a dining table with space for 5. The guest toilet and bathroom have been refurbished to now a day’s standards. The living is set up with a sofa and a dining table. The kitchen has a comfortable size and a dining table as well with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. All in all a great location, cosy apartment and fantastic surroundings.
