A spectacular five-bedroom villa designed to perfection in a traditional Andalucian Rustic style. Located in ´Montecarlo´, an exclusive and private complex in San Pedro and only metres from the beach, this holiday rental is ideally situated. Upon approaching the impressive entrance, a stunning patio can be enjoyed with a beautiful water feature and comfortable seating area. Walk in to the villa to find a grand entrance hall which to the left, leads on to the spacious and bright living area with a striking vaulted ceiling and a superb 65inch TV screen. Through French windows, find a fantastic terrace space which overlooks a large private heated pool, stunning landscaped gardens and multiple sunbathing spots. On this floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and laundry room can also be found which joins on to an elegantly furnished dining space. There is also a bright and tastefully furnished double bedroom en-suite on this floor. Downstairs, an exciting games room including a pool table, darts board, and TV area is at your disposal to entertain friends and family. This area also has a twin bedroom en-suite, perfect for guests who require privacy. On the property´s second floor, there is the spacious master bedroom which features a luxurious ensuite bathroom and hydro massage jacuzzi bath and walk-in wardrobe. Two other charming ensuite twin bedrooms are also located on this floor. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Finest Rentals. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. A private three car garage is provided and any additional vehicles can be parked on the road, directly outside the accommodation. In the property, you can enjoy a choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. We also provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests staying for more than a week will be entitled to a free clean and mid-stay towel and bed linen change. By prior arrangement, and at an additional cost this can be arranged more frequently if required. We can also provide maid's service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
