Excellent triple-level penthouse with sea views, located in Cabopino marina, Marbella. Includes private parking space for one vehicle. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS Situated in the Cabopino marina, Marbella, this penthouse offers the perfect combination of location on the beach, marina, nature, and various services (restaurants etc.), as well as having excellent transport links. Guests will enjoy the natural landscapes such as the Artola Dunes, a unique ecosystem in the province of Malaga. Via the wooden walkway, you can take long bike rides or walks along the route that reaches the Roman bridge in Marbella. These walkways will also allow you to access the beaches in the area, considered among the best in the province of Malaga. Their special orientation offers unique sunsets, where at certain times of the year (between January and May) the sun hides under the sea. The rest of the year, but no less beautiful, you can enjoy sunsets over the mountains that surround the entire Marbella area. The gastronomic offer in the area is varied, from international restaurants to beach bars, some of which have an extensive menu of seafood, and where you can request sunbeds and umbrellas (at an additional charge). Within the complex you have two swimming pools at your disposal, both just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, with large grassy areas, sunbeds at no extra cost to the user, and toilets. The access is via keys and codes, which are only available to residents of the complex. In the marina, a mooring can be requested (subject to previous arrangement with harbour management by the guest) or you can rent a small boat, jet ski or enjoy other types of watersports thanks to the various companies that operate in the port. The complex has a taxi rank and public transport services. If you have a vehicle, in a few minutes you can join the A-7 motorway that connects you to the rest of the Costa del Sol. For food shopping, we recommend the area of Elviria, on the way to Marbella, which is a few kms away by car. There are supermarkets there, such as Lidl or Mercadona. There is a 24-hour pharmacy on the way back to Cabopino from Marbella. For essentials you can go to the minimarket in the complex, next to the port. Some of the beaches in Cabopino have a naturist bathing area, although you have to walk a distance along the shore or along the walkways to access this area. ACCOMMODATION: FIRST FLOOR Due to its distribution over various levels and flights of stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. At the front door, we find the small entrance hall, which contains a cupboard for shoes and coat hooks, and also the first flight of stairs. Going up this staircase, we access the living/dining room and open-plan kitchen, although what will surprise you most are the views of the marina, the sea and the beach. All the furniture is modern and functional, with a 4G Wi-Fi connection to watch TV and keep up with your favorite series. There is a sofa-bed, which has sheets, pillows and a duvet for when the accommodation is at its maximum occupancy, which is 6 pax. The kitchen is modern and practical, with storage space, and fully equipped with utensils and appliances to cook the way you like. You will be able to share lunch and dinner times at the raised table on the left, which gives natural access to one of the two glazed terraces. This terrace is equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sea breeze while dining. Please pay attention to the instructions for use of the glass curtains on the terraces when you check-in. In the living room there is a fireplace, but it is not in use for security and community maintenance reasons. As a safety element for young children, the room has an extendable barrier to prevent access to the stairs to the rest of the floors. ACCOMMODATION: SECOND FLOOR On this second floor we find two spaces off a small landing, one of them the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, an exterior window and a large wardrobe to store all your luggage. You will see that there is also a built-in cupboard, but it is only for storing cleaning products. On this same floor there is a fantastic bathroom with a newly renovated rain shower. The bathroom is spacious, bright and with spectacular views at sunset. ACCOMMODATION: THIRD FLOOR This is possibly the true highlight of this fabulous apartment, a large covered and glazed terrace, with outdoor furniture that will be the perfect place for all the family to relax on holiday. You can enjoy it at any time of the day, sliding the roof panels back if you want more air and sunlight, and opening the glass curtains. To use these functions safely, remember to follow the instructions of the person doing your check-in, who will inform you of how to move all the different parts to avoid damaging or breaking them. This floor has a bedroom facing the terrace, with a king-size mattress adapted to the space and an open wardrobe. Waking up in this room, you will be greeted by stunning views out to sea. NOTES TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT There are air conditioning units on all the main floors in the apartment. The accommodation includes a cot and a high chair. In case you need more than one, you must request them from the agency and check their rental price. The loss of the parking remote control will cost €90 to replace it with another. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The property is equipped with smoke detectors for your safety. There is an iron, ironing board and drying rack for guests to use.
