Only 100 m from the sandy beach and the beach club “La Ola”, it rises in via Benedetto Brin, one of the main streets of this seaside hamlet, just 200 m from Piazza Duca Degli Abruzzi. It offers a great position for those who want to enjoy the sea and stay in the city center, next to restaurants, shops and services, without having to use the car. Description The apartment is on the third floor of a building without lift and offers a breathtaking panoramic view over the sea and the whole coast of Marina di Ragusa. There is a big external and partly shaded terrace with sea view, which is equipped with table and chairs. On the back of the apartment, there is a second terrace with sea view, used as a solarium. The interiors are furnished in modern style and consist of a living area and a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
