VILLA TATANO is a splendid house with stunning views of the sea, located in Marciano at less than three km away from Massa Lubrense. It covers the entire ground floor of a two-story villa and has 120 square meters. It sleeps 6 people. The villa features a private swimming pool, nice private equipped terraces, a garden and the parking. It is equipped with air conditioning, heating and Internet WI-FI. Villa Tatano it is located in Marciano, a small village at about five minutes by car from Massa Lubrense and at less than 20 minutes by car from the famous Sorrento. The villa has a great location that will allow you to easily visit all the surroundings like Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and the Islands Capri, Ischia and Procida. At less than one km away, you will reach the center of the village Marciano where you will find a tabbachi shop, a grocery shop and the bus stop to Sorrento. The nearest beach is the famous Capitan Cook at about two km away. Here, there is also a fantastic restaurant where you can taste the best local dishes. The nearest supermarket it is in Massa Lubrense, at less than five minutes by car. To stay at the Villa Tatano we recommend you to have a car. You can park it in front of the villa, on the street level, free of charge. It is not necessary to book the parking place. You will reach the Villa Tatano from the parking, through a gate without any stairs. Villa Tatano covers the entire ground floor of a two-story villa. The first level of the villa it is occasionally occupied. THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL is 9x3.50 meters and 1.20 meters deep. The swimming pool area it is equipped with sun chairs, umbrellas and the external shower. You will reach the swimming pool from the terrace by going down about ten small stairs. The swimming pool it is open from April to the end of October. In THE GARDEN, you will find lemon, orange and olive trees. The garden is located near the swimming pool area. THE FIRST TERRACE is equipped with a portable barbecue. You will reach the terrace from the living room. THE SECOND TERRACE is equipped with sun chairs, umbrellas, sofas and coffee tables. There is also a table with chairs for six people where you can have your meals together enjoying the fantastic views of the sea that this terrace offers. THE LIVING ROOM is equipped with a table and chairs for eight people, a sofa, a TV, air conditioning and heating. Here, you will also find the cooking area. The kitchen has a five-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, a microwave and the dishwasher. From the living room, you will reach the second terrace through s French door. THE FIRST BATHROOM has a shower enclose, the bidet, the sink and the WC. Here, you will also find the washing machine. You will reach the bathroom from the living room. A hallway leaves you to the three bedrooms. On the hallway, there is a big conditioner for the air conditioner that with keep fresh the bedrooms. THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed and a window overlooking the second terrace. THE SECOND BEDROOM has two single beds and a window overlooking the second terrace. THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed and a window overlooking the second terrace. THE SECOND BATHROOM has a shower enclose, the bidet, the sink and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.
