"The Bottling Shed consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and Smart TV. The bedroom is a double room which serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a hot tub plus off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. You can find a shop within 2.2 miles and a pub within 2.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Botting Shed is a delightful choice for your stay in the Peak District. Note: This property can only accept check ins on Monday and Friday. Note: The parking is located in a gravelled area just round the corner from the entrance. Please note; one towel is provided per person, please bring extra for the hot tub if you wish. Please note:This is pet free property. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
