"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for five, a dining room with dining seating, sofa bed and open fire, and a sitting room with an electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front courtyard with furniture, lockable bike storage and roadside parking. Within 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgate available. Pets are not permitted. Note: There are two steps up to the kitchen/diner, please take care.
